• 65 years old or older OR totally/permanently disabled.
• Countable income less unreimbursed medical expenses must be lower than the Maximum Annual Pension Rate set by Congress.
• For A&A, must meet minimum requirements of basic pension and send a physician’s report to the VA regional office that proves that you require the assistance of another person for basic activities of daily living.
