It’s well-known that all medical centers are understaffed and stretched to their limits. The staff working at Convalescent, Rehab / Post Acute Centers or Nursing Homes are overworked due to the shortage of care professionals.
The staff shortages increase the risk of elderly and senior patients and staff. It can also affect the level of care provided to patients.
Some medical care facilities are utilizing Staffing Agencies to fill the openings in their schedules but it’s hard to find experienced and reliable help.
Since the beginning of Covid-19, A-1 Home Care Agency has been helping Rehab Centers, Convalescent / Nursing Homes, Board and Care Homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities by providing Supplemental Staffing at reasonable rates.

All our caregivers must:
- Be State Registered
- Test Negative for Covid-19
- Test Negative for Tuberculosis
- Have CPR and 1st Aid Certification
- Have Experience and References
- Completed State Required Training and Registration
- Interview with A-1 Home Care Agency staff
