Aside from having a compassionate personality, all of our caregivers, nurse aides, companions, and home helpers must have prior at home caregiving experience, verifiable professional references, a National Background Check and DMV Check, Tuberculosis testing, Malpractice/Liability insurance, First Aid/CPR training, and a personal interview with our office staff. We provide you with caregiver interviews so that you can choose a caregiver who you feel will do a good job serving as your replacement.
