A-1 Home Care Agency is a non-medical caregiver placement agency that provides in-home care for Elderly and Senior stroke survivors. When your loved one has had a minor or serious stroke, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy is always necessary for your loved one to improve any skills that may have been lost, with full recovery being the end goal.

The caregivers, nurse aides, and companions at A-1 Home Care Agency can help your loved one continue basic therapy, but it’s important that they spend time with qualified therapists immediately after the stroke. When your loved one is back at home, we can help provide personal care and supervision for your loved one in addition to helping them recover day by day by participating in mentally and physically stimulating activities or re-teaching them basic tasks they may have forgotten.

All of our caregivers must have prior at home caregiving experience, verifiable professional references, a National Background Check/DMV Check, Tuberculosis testing, Malpractice/Liability insurance, First Aid/CPR training, and a personal interview with our office staff. We’ll provide you with caregiver interviews so that you can find a compatible match for your loved one.
